The whole production process, from juvenile fish to sea cage aquaculture, supply of fish, fishing and adult fish arrangement in specific styrofoam coolers until distribution, undergoes a strict traceability system for both internal and external traceability.
This allows us to find information about products origin and the whole fish cycle.
